Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment above a 2 car garage. Located on a property in small subdivision, on a cul-de-sac. With dozens of acres of woods behind it. This makes for a very secluded & peaceful stay. Great for business people wanting to work from the place they stay. Also, excellent for those who like to sleep in late, & it includes black out shades. The bed is medium firmness with a topper included. The property is located just minutes away from both I-40 & I-77.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the screened in porch. The laundry is located in the main house, with access times requiring pre-arrangements. The laundry area is located directly next to the side entry door in the main house.
Good to know
Located in safe residential area, in a clean & mature neighborhood. The studio apartment is located over the top of a two-car garage with a small workshop. This is separate from the main house and connected by a screened in porch. Once in the apartment it is a studio that has one Queen bed, a living area, a dinette area, and a full kitchen. The full bath is just off the kitchen area. The screened in porch is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset, and in the evening start a fire in our firepit & kick back to enjoy the night sky. Don't forget to look for the wild turkeys walking the property early in the morning sun.

We live on the property in the main house. The Studio apartment is above the garage, and separated from the house. * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, which is estimated to last a group of four for about three days. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. * **Security:** For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and recording. * **Long-Term Stays:** For stays of 30 days or longer, a rental agreement is required. Key terms include: * **Occupancy:** Exceeding the maximum number of guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. * **Damages:** Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. * **Repairs:** Please report any maintenance issues immediately. While we will address any issues as quickly as possible, refunds are not provided for equipment malfunctions. * **Subletting:** Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
