Guest Access

You will have access to the entire house, except for one closet in the basement, which is our owner's supply closet. It will be clearly marked and locked. Feel free to use the front and back yards, but please do not drive on the grass. At this time the garage in the back is not available for guests.

Experience a newly remodeled Country style home. Located right off Hwy 70 providing easy and quick access to I-40 (ext 144). Feel free to enjoy the outside property front and back yard. Please do NOT park or drive on the grass. Enjoy ample parking, for multiple & large vehicles centrally located near Statesville, Troutman, Mooresville, Taylorsville, Newton, Conover, and Hickory.

PET POLICY We love our furry guests as well! We do require a few things. * There is a $75 per pet fee, with a Maximum of 2 pets. * Guests with pets must clean up after pets inside and out. * Guest will be given 24 hours notice for yard care and any feces and toys must be removed. We would appreciate cleaning up after pets daily. Bag and place in trash. * Landscaper will charge a nominal fee if they have to clean up. That charge will be passed to guest after first request. The charge is $24 per incident. * Pets must be crated when guest is not at or inside the property. HOUSE FYI * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, which is estimated to last a group of four for about three days. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. * **Security:** For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and recording the driveway. * **Long-Term Stays:** For stays of 30 days or longer, a rental agreement is required. Key terms include: * **Occupancy:** Exceeding the maximum number of guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. * **Damages:** Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. * **Repairs:** Please report any maintenance issues immediately. While we will address any issues as quickly as possible, refunds are not provided for equipment malfunctions. * **Subletting:** Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
